Volunteer Event at Waltham Fields Community Farm - Saturday, October 15th, 2011
The CBS Alumni Club of Boston is hosting its second annual volunteer event at Waltham Fields Community Farm.
Waltham Fields Community Farm is a CSA that supports local agriculture and food access efforts in the Greater Boston area. The farm is also engaged in agricultural education and community farming, using practices that are socially, ecologically, and economically sustainable.
Potential volunteer projects include seeding, transplanting, weeding and harvesting crops. Our efforts will help support local farming as well as the Greater Boston area communities.
